How to use Emergency Call Feature from Electronic Patient File.
- Emergency calling Feature allows Patient to reach the Emergency Respondents and can alert Emergency Contacts by sharing patient information when there is an emergency situation.
- Here’s how to put it into action:
- On click of the emergency button, WatIf application will prompt for the confirmation, as soon as patient confirms, an email with complete patient’s record containing basic information, an attachment with detailed information and patient’s Location will be sent.
- An SMS with basic information and patient’s location is shared with the registered respondents. In addition to that, the patient can directly call the emergency respondents hotline number.
- As soon as Emergency respondent receive an SMS or Email, he can click and start the directions to the patient.
